At 8, we want you to be 100% Happy with all your purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to send the garment back to us within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note the cost of the return is at your own cost and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit if the item meet our Returns Policy outlined below.
Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.
All items must be received in Original condition.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and un-perfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any 8 hang tags, attached.
- Swimwear, intimates, bodysuits, hair accessories, hats and earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in it’s original condition, without postal labels.
- Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take care when trying on your order.
- We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks etc.
- If your return does not meet our Returns Policy, it shall be returned to you and you will be liable for the return postage cost.
- We do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error made by 8.
- In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
- Notify us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be given a Return Number (RN#).
- Download, Print and Fill in the Form (click here Returns & ExchangeForm )
- Send the goods to our return address below together with the completed Return & Exchange Form. (Note: Shipping fees at your own cost.)
- We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for all returns.
- Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as 8 will not be responsible for returns lost by Australia Post.
- In the event that your parcel is lost and doesn’t have tracking, 8 is limited in what we can do to compensate you.
- Returns are processed within seven business days of receiving your item/s.
- All returns that meet our Returns Policy will be automatically processed for a Store Credit.
- If an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that Store Credit on our website.
- You must have / create an account with 8 before we can issue your Store Credit.
- You will receive an email with details of the Store Credit once your return is processed.

- Please make sure you have completed the Returns & Exchange form (note: If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return and it will delay your claim)
- Our customers are very important to us. We will try our best to reply to you and find a solution if you are not happy with your purchase.
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item.
- If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception.
- If the tracking of your return shows it has been delivered to our PO BOX, but you have not received a credit within seven business days of the delivery date, please follow up with our Customer Care Team at email@example.com.
- Please keep in mind we receive deliveries from our PO Box every Monday and Wednesday, we aim to process them within 7 business days, but in peak periods, especially around the holidays, could cause some delays. Please be patient and we apologise for any inconvenience.
- We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7days upon receiving your parcel. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
- Refunds cannot be guaranteed without photographic evidence of the fault.
- All faulty items must be returned back to us for inspection within 14 days of receiving the package.
- Merchandise must be received in Original Condition outlined in our Returns Policy (Please read it thoroughly), unworn, unwashed, unstained and un-perfumed and must have all tags, including any 8 hang tags, attached.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a refund.
- Returned items that meet our Returns Policy will be issued with a Store Credit.
- Our Store Credit does not have an expiry date.
